Want to get more involved in the Alliance of Professional Women? Getting the most out of your membership means getting involved. Our Committees are the behind the scenes volunteers who make the APW the amazing networking and philanthropic organization it is. Make friends, get involved, join a committee.
Membership Support Committee
The Membership Support committee welcomes new members, hosts new member orientations, and helps members connect with others in the APW. The committee meets at lunchtime on the first Thursday of every month (mostly in-person with an occasional virtual meeting).

Events Planning Committee
The Event Planning committee creates and hosts unique networking opportunities such as Virtual Speed Networking, Cocktail Hours, Theater Hikes, How-To Happy Hours, and Members Mingles. The committee meets in the morning of the first Wednesday of every month (mostly in-person with an occasional virtual meeting).

Luncheon Planning Committee
This committee is responsible for planning our monthly networking luncheons in restaurants throughout the city. In addition, this committee hosts the luncheons, welcomes the luncheon sponsor, and leads the group in networking. The committee meets virtually on the first Tuesday of the month at lunchtime.

Outreach Committee
The Outreach Committee is the community service arm of the Alliance of Professional Women. It provides volunteer opportunities for members of the APW that promote the health, welfare, education and employment of underserved women and children in our community. The committee meets in person, in the evening, on the first Wednesday of the month.
