Upcoming Event for The Alliance of Professional Women

Public Affairs Breakfast Committee Meeting

Wednesday, December 20, 2017 starts at 7:30 am to 9:00 am

Maria Empanada

1298 S Broadway
Denver CO 80210

Topic:  The threats to the Affordable Care Act (aka Obama Care).

Our speaker will be Natalie O’Donnell Wood, Senior Policy Analyst with The Bell Policy Center.  The current administration, in its attempts to repeal and replace the ACA have had an impact.  Ms. O’Donnell will speak to the actual current impact on the ACA as well as the possible future impacts if certain changes are made.   As always, we ask people to come, bring their questions, and add to what will likely be a lively discussion.

Our meetings are informal. We meet to eat breakfast and listen to the speaker. We buy our own breakfast and sit at a table with the speaker. Questions for the speaker are welcome and encouraged.
